Please let me introduce myself shortly,

My name is Frank Robert Lefeber, and I hold a BSC in Electrical engineering, power generation, transmission and Distribution as well as a certificate MBA. In addition to my electrical, managerial work and experience in different parts of the world , I hold the highest Russian electrical certificate  RTN level IV as well as RTN Industrial safety, RTN Safety rules for the oil and Gas industry.

Over the last year, I have worked under a temporary contract as Turn Around Manager in Sweden, This contract finished at the end of October 2010. Before Sweden, I was employed by Shell on the island of Sakhalin, Russia, at the Onshore Process Facilities as Maintenance and Integrity Manager. Before Russia, I was the General manager for an industrial services organisation in  Saudi Arabia, working throughout the Middle East

My career started with Shell in Manufacturing. (Refineries) During my career I have been involved in all disciplines for the oil and gas industry. I have worked in the desert of Oman for 7 years in Construction, maintenance, engineering and Utilities. Outside Shell I was involved in the construction and commissioning of Power Stations and waste heat recovery installations. I was the engineering manager for a large electricity provider in the Netherlands and Site manager for the construction of a power station, driven by gas turbines and equipped with waste heat recovery units and steam turbines. In the Netherlands I was the general manager for a small company, involved in the repair of industrial electric motors and generators. In Saudi Arabia, I was the general manager for a company involved in the provision of industrial services, construction and maintenance for the oil, gas and chemical industry. During my career, I have been involved in making business plans, marketing plans and quotations to clients, including long-term service contracts. I love traveling and meeting people. I am very interested in different cultures
