An excellent opportunity has arisen to join our Reservations Department for Buddy Dive Resort, Belmar Apartments and Caribbean Club Bonaire.

         Reservations Agent

Job Description:

• Handling bookings for individuals and groups;
• Coordinating availability of bookings as well as arranging special requests, activities, and/or flights;
• Assisting guests, tour operators and dive shops in person, via phone and/or email;
• Promoting and maintaining customer loyalty as well as maximising occupancy;
• Processing and checking bills and invoices.

Job Profile:

• Relevant and finished education;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience or Bachelor Degree at entry level
• Knowledge, experience and affinity with computers and preferably experience with a hospitality central reservation system (Brilliant);
• Good organisational and customer service skills;
• A flexible attitude and willingness to work irregular shifts and on weekends;
• Fluent English language skills (verbal and written), Dutch, Portuguese and Spanish are an advantage.
