Buddy Dive Resort is a medium (dive) resort on Bonaire, with 77 condos and a total of 212 beds. It has its own diving school, restaurant, bar and 2 pools; to strengthen our team we need to fill the following position:

             F&B Supervisor

The Food & Beverage Department is looking for a motivated supervisor to join our beautiful ocean front restaurant.

Job Description:

• Supervising and leading F&B staff.
• Arranging the F&B schedules.
• Actively participating in the operations of the restaurant and bar.
• Assisting and maintaining inventory and control costs.
• Managing the F&B department, when manager is absent.

Job Profile:

• Minimum two years of relevant work experience;
• Educational level  MBO
• Must have excellent customer service skills;
• Speak fluent Dutch and/or English, Papiamento and Spanish is an advantage;
• Must be maximal 35 years old;
• Be able to work irregular shifts and on the weekends;
• Drive license B
• Must be able to work independently, take initiative and yet work in a team environment.
